Daily meal plan

Rice paper wraps with avocado and rice noodles. Add soy sauce for flavor.

Then I had tuna salad

For snacks I had homemade protein chocolate cake and a ice lolly.

Then I had salmon, sushi rice and broccoli dinner

I walked 10,000 steps this day. Slow paced walking And light cleaning for exercise.
